The hotel was beautifully clean, had such a fresh feeling too it, very spacious. It has a lift or stairs to get you to the floor you need. RECEPTION:was quick and friendly, the Bar area was nice and had a calm quiet friendly drink vibe, plenty of tables. ROOMS: (we had a beautiful sea view on the 2nd floor) we had a double bed and sofa bed with sea view and it was perfect, shame no small fridge to store kids drinks etc however this didn’t cause any issues really, towels etc are changed daily but if u prefer not to be bothered you just pop a sign on ur door and ur left too it, beds are comfy, bathroom and shower is lovely, great for a stay. Big tv and free WiFi, kettle, iron and hairdryer. FOOD AND DRINK: breakfast was beautiful and so much for everyone , always topped up. The bar has a well stocked supply with some crisps and chocolate available. GYM: there is a gym (with how much I ate over our Blackpool stay I feel I should ave used 😝 but I didn’t) but havin peaked it was nicely equipped with for your basic gym needs. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk to the Blackpool pleasure beach main gates an I’d say about a 20 minute walk to the south pier, if u don’t like walking or struggle there is a Tram stop over the road you can purchase a single, return or a day ticket from the conductor, we did this as we walked from the hotel down to the Blackpool tower an back …. We forgot how far it was 😂, we did walk back along the beach from the south pier on afternoon which was a lovely walk, beach up by the hotel was empty too and very very clean. Overall I’d give this hotel 5 🌟, ok run out of pillows and no where to put ur drinks in the room to keep them cold BUT it wasnt enough to change our minds to say this is a fantastic hotel and we are 100% coming back to stay.

Hotel was lovely, rooms were nice, shower powerful and the hotel was very clean. Bit of a walk from centre of things but trams easily available. The staff were great. Downsides are that the bar needs to be bigger ie more choice and they need to get their act together re the food. We were a group of 6 inc children and would have happily had our evening meal there and a few drinks but we heard a lot of people complaining about the food and sending it back plus they seemed to have run out of things on the menu. The breakfast was nice, good choice available. Little chaotic think more staff were needed. On the whole enjoyed our stay just would have been great to be able to relax there in the evening and have a meal and a few drinks but we went elsewhere for the reasons already mentioned.

Staff were very friendly and polite, the room itself was very comfortable and the hotel in general was literally a stones throw away from the "centre" of Blackpool (with all the arcades such as Coral Island and the Tower and shops etc). We checked in around 4.30pm and checked out at 10(ish) but were allowed to keep the car there as you get 24 hours once you arrive, which helped us out. We also took full advantage of 24 hour food and drinks by ordering food when we got back to the hotel at 9.45pm on the Wednesday, and it was delicious. Pizza, chicken goujons/fries and skinny fries/cheesy garlic bread all very well made and promptly served. Will definitely return and recommend.

From the moment we walked in it was relaxed and the staff were incredible. They made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and they were attentive. It was busy at times, but that's to be expected and the staff did their best to make sure everyone was dealt with calmly and appropriately. The food, quite frankly, was delicious and costs to be expected. It totally took the risk out of finding somewhere to stay when the town has so many places where you might be disappointed. Finally, we decided to splash out a little more on a room with a view of the sea and we weren't disappointed.

The hotel is very clean crisp & modern. The staffs customer service is exceptional. The room was clean modern & cosy. Easy access to resrurants & beach. The breakfast wasn't as good as I expected as I stayed in the hilton & their breakfast was amazing. I know it's free & that's great, but the eggs were bland, and the bacon was overcooked & dry. The hash browns were dried out & there weren't fried eggs. But everything else was good. The carpark location is perfect. The price for guests, tho was way too high it should be about £10 a night £13.50 - £15.50 is too much.
